WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
It takes us 3-5 work days to ship your order at your doorsteps. Orders put on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as any gazetted holiday, will be processed the following working day. Orders might be delayed briefly during peak hours/season or because of delayed order confirmation from customer. Orders put through and paid with online payment channels are subject to scam/fraud check, and will be processed further once our accounts/relevant team has cleared them. For all cash on delivery methods, payments will be collected from the shipping address. You will receive an email with tracking information once your product has been sent; please check your junk/spam folders as well.

WHAT ARE SHIPPING CHARGES?

Shipping charges are subject to weight and delivery address.

WHICH COURIER SERVICE DO YOU USE?

We have multiple courier services on board and parcel is booked with them as per the delivery time, location etc. In addition we send an email with the details of the courier company, tracking number and other details once the shipment is dispatched from our end.

WHAT IF I AM NOT IN THE HOUSE WHEN THE PARCEL IS DELIVERED.
The courier will send you an SMS with the total payment due. When it comes to self-collection, make sure you are there at home. In the event of your absence, the parcel might be delivered to any designated person/family member.
